Autodesk® Subscription is the best way to stay current with the latest design technology, while gaining the benefits of simplified software management, easy budgeting, e-Learning, and support. Qfinsoft offers two levels of subscription: Silver and Platinum.

Silver Subscription (Standard Subscription) (R 1 537-00 excl. VAT)

This subscription will provide you with the standard subscription benefits offered by Autodesk. This will include:

• Software updates and service packs for a year
• On-line support via the Autodesk Subscription Centre
• E-learning on-line training courses and tutorials
• Web-based technical support
• Telephonic and e-mail support directly from Qfinsoft (PTY) Ltd

With this subscription level you will be entitled to telephonic en e-mail support directly to Qfinsoft. All on-site visits will be charged at AA travel rates plus R450-00 excl. VAT per hour for the time our engineer spent there.

Platinum Subscription (R 7 037-00 excl. VAT)

This subscription will provide you with the standard subscription benefits included in the Silver subscription level plus the following services provided by Qfinsoft:

• What's new training course with the launch of Autodesk 2011 software
• 10 hours on-site support or consulting by one of our engineers
• Ticket to our Annual User Conference showcasing the Autodesk products as well as ANSYS, Flowmaster and EDEM, in the computer aided engineering world of design and simulation

With this subscription level you will be entitled to telephonic en e-mail support directly to Qfinsoft. For the first 10 hours of on-site support no fees will be charged. After this on-site visits will be charged at AA travel rates plus R 450-00 (excl. VAT) per hour for the time one of our engineers.
